Brigham Apartments is now a pet friendly property.
We offer your pet:
Onsite dog washing station to help care for your furry friend
Pet clean up stations conveniently positioned around the exterior of the community
Maximum of 2 Pets Per Apartment
Deposit, Pet Fee and Monthly Pet Rent required
Pet fees and deposits are on a per pet basis.
Resident must sign a separate Animal Addendum and provide a copy of the pet's veterinarian records, including weight and picture of pet(s) prior to approval.
Pet policies and guidelines are strictly enforced.
